Empowering Men to Thrive!
New Man Health Summit
There is very little promoting men’s health. I’m talking about true men’s health issues. It is time to change this and to focus on what is really holding men back.
Yes, there is plenty of information on how to become a great leader, a businessman, and even a man with style, but what about your health, and I’m not talking about bodybuilding!
That’s also why the summit existed in the first place. Most content aimed at men focuses on becoming a better leader, a better earner, or a more capable version of themselves professionally. Health rarely gets the same billing, and when it does show up, it’s often reduced to bodybuilding or six-pack abs rather than the more foundational question of whether a man actually has the energy, mobility, and stability to enjoy the life he’s building.
What is having wealth when you don’t have the health to enjoy it!
New Man Health Summit will feature 10 Top Men’s Health and Lifestyle Coaching Experts.
The format was simple: free daily live interviews, available online, with a new expert covering a new angle on men’s health each day. No cost to attend, no requirement to sit through all ten sessions to get value out of any single one. That accessibility mattered as much as the content itself.
Meet the New Man Health Summit Experts
The 2018 summit brought together a lineup of coaches and specialists who each approached men’s health from a different angle, weight management, executive performance, self-leadership, and mental health among them, rather than treating “men’s health” as one narrow topic. That range was intentional. Most men aren’t held back by just one thing.
That variety was the point. Weight, career pressure, self-leadership, mental health, none of those exist in isolation. A man carrying stress from work rarely leaves it at the office, and it shows up in his sleep, his eating, and his patience with the people closest to him. Pulling ten different experts together for one summit was a way of acknowledging that reality instead of pretending men’s health boils down to one fix.
Keith Selin of Men Only Weight Loss covered sustainable weight loss built around real food instead of calorie counting or pre-packaged meals.
Jeff Popoff, a former Fortune 500 VP turned executive health coach, spoke to the physical toll leadership takes on the leaders themselves, a topic most executive coaching quietly skips.
Paul Velick brought his Self-Leadership Coaching framework, built around identifying the areas of a man’s life that are quietly falling apart before they cost him something bigger.
Together, those conversations formed the backbone of what the New Man Health Summit set out to do: give men permission to take their health seriously as a leadership issue and a relationship issue, not just a vanity issue. That premise, that a new man is built through consistent attention across several areas of life rather than one dramatic fix, still holds up. Whether or not you were around for the original 2018 sessions, the underlying questions those experts raised haven’t gone anywhere.
If any of these conversations resonate with where you’re at right now, that’s exactly the kind of work coaching is built for. Contact me and let’s talk about what building a new version of your health, leadership, and relationships actually looks like.
There has never been a better time for men to learn what is really holding them back from living their true potential.
It is time to become a new man! No more sitting on the sidelines as you watch your life pass you by.
